An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at United Chemists as a Medication Packing Specialist on a full-time capacity.
The successful applicant will be required to perform their daily duties of medication packing with professionalism and accuracy, while at the same time nurturing relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with Healthcare Professionals and Patients to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient profiles.
- Managing the weekly dispense runs, ensuring there is adequate medication for the completion of the Webster packs.
- Making changes to packs when required.
- Ensuring all Webster Packs are complete in a timely manner, ready for patient pick-up.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including front-of-shop, dispensary, and phone queries.
- Assisting with stock control duties in conjunction with the Dispensary Team.
- Previous dispensary experience in either a hospital or retail setting.
- Previous Webster packing experience.
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain a professional and confidential approach at all times.
