Commercial Project Lead Role

This esteemed role entails overseeing the financial performance, contractual compliance, risk management, procurement, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. To succeed, you will need to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive project objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Performance Management: Monitor and report on project finances, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of budget reports.
  2. Contractual Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual terms, identifying and mitigating risks to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  3. Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage potential risks that may impact project profitability.
  4. Procurement: Oversee the acquisition of goods and services, maintaining optimal vendor relationships.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with stakeholders, driving alignment across teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial or contracts administration role, preferably within major civil infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bulk earthworks, environmental remediation, or mining/civil construction.
  • Proven track record in contract administration, cost control, claims management, and commercial risk mitigation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
