Home Care Support Worker

This is a unique opportunity to provide care and support to older individuals in their own homes.
As a home care support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
- Deliver personalized care aligned with each client's needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
A Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or a related field is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation support to empower active community participation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
Requirements:
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance).
- Flexibility in working hours and approach.
- Possess clear verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
