About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Blackwater Mine, one of Queensland's largest coal mines. As a key support member of our high-performing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Invoice management, including receipting, purchase order creation, reconciliation, and problem investigation.
  • Organizing new staff onboarding IT requirements.
  • Assisting employees with expense claims through our Concur portal.
  • General Wage/Salary payroll queries.
  • Preparing reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Assisting with payroll and timekeeping for employees.
  • Providing administrative support for ad-hoc tasks.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in administration duties. You will have a solid understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as excellent computer entry skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
