International HR Coordinator

This role is an excellent chance to join a team dedicated to supporting our business operations in Perth. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in planning, coordination, and delivery of annual P&O projects and deliverables for an international workforce.
The successful candidate will have experience in an HR environment and the ability to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team. They will be responsible for ensuring support is delivered in accordance with Australian employment law, Timor Leste labour code, Local Content Plans, and functional policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review all training and competence requirements.
- Provide advice and governance to line managers and supervisors on policy, employment legislation, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate local content deliverables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key subcontractor focal points.
Requirements:
- A suitable qualification with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR environment.
- Knowledge of changing regulatory environments, people practices, and applicable legislative frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with frequent change and prioritise workload.
- Exposure/experience in collating data, simple analysis, and continuous learning and development.
