We are seeking a Full Time Retail Assistant to join our fantastic team at Repco Altona.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a genuine interest in automotive. They will demonstrate friendly, helpful and confident interpersonal skills, have a positive mindset and often take initiative.

As a Retail Assistant/Customer Sales & Service, you will be committed to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers. You will build effective customer relationships and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store.

You will also have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment.

The successful individual will be available to work on a Monday to Friday roster, with overtime available, and hold a valid driver's licence (essential).

The estimated salary for this role is around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
