About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team in Tasmania, Australia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their foot and lower limb health is optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose foot and lower limb conditions, including physical exams, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Perform podiatric procedures such as nail surgery, wound care, biomechanical assessments, and orthotic prescriptions.
  • Advise patients on foot care, injury prevention, and chronic condition management.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest podiatry developments through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution or any related degree.
  • Current registration and licensure to practice as a Podiatrist.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in podiatry, with a strong background in diagnostic and clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high degree of professionalism and ethical conduct.
