Factory Labourer Job Description

We are seeking experienced factory staff to join our client's team in their Virginia facility. The successful applicant will be responsible for manual handling, lifting, stacking, wrapping, operating machinery such as saws and cutters, and using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physically fit
  • Experience with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous use of saws and cutting machines (or similar) highly beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy
  • Experience in a similar environment advantageous
  • Willingness to learn about the products
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Capacity to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills with other workers and ability to be well organised
