About Our Speech Pathology Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team, working closely with children and their families to support communication development.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing therapy and education to help them achieve their goals.

  • Evaluate and address speech and language disorders, including stuttering and articulation difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and schools to support literacy and reading development.
  • Provide guidance and support to parents and carers on communication strategies and techniques.
Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat speech and language disorders, including stuttering, articulation, and literacy difficulties.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans, tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, schools, and other health professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information.
Requirements
  • A degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Recent graduates or those graduating in 2025, with a strong passion for working with children.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
