
Children's Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team, working closely with children and their families to support communication development.

- Evaluate and address speech and language disorders, including stuttering and articulation difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and schools to support literacy and reading development.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and carers on communication strategies and techniques.
- Assess and treat speech and language disorders, including stuttering, articulation, and literacy difficulties.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans, tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, schools, and other health professionals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information.
- A degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Recent graduates or those graduating in 2025, with a strong passion for working with children.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
