Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Forrest. As an Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that cater to the unique needs of our children. You will work closely with fellow Educators and the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
