Trainee Dental Assistant/Receptionist Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, ensuring a seamless dental experience.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
  • Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
  • Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, and processing payments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
  • Strong time management and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
