  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities\
  • Engage with the school community through parent-teacher interviews, open houses, and other events\
  • Support the school's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement\
  • Take initiative to improve teaching practices and student outcomes\
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective classroom programs\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and organizations\
  • Provide leadership and support to junior teachers and new staff members\
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice in teaching and learning\
  • Use technology to enhance teaching and learning\
  • Seek feedback from colleagues and supervisors and use it to improve performance\
  • Reflect on own teaching practice and identify areas for improvement\
  • Engage in self-directed learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices\
  • Support the school's goal to be a leading provider of quality education\
  • Make recommendations for improvements to the physical education program\
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of special events and programs\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local sports clubs and organizations\
  • Contribute to the school's decision-making processes\
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective school programs\
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve program goals and objectives\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\
  • Supervise and support junior staff members and volunteers\
