About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Chaser Bin Operator to join our team at Rural Enterprises. As a Chaser Bin Operator, you will be responsible for operating a New Holland T8 with a 25T bin, working in a team of 4, and contributing to the success of our 7,000Ha cropping program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating heavy machinery, including the New Holland T8 with a 25T bin
  • Performing basic maintenance and repairs of the machinery
  • Working in a team environment to achieve production goals
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous broadacre farming experience operating heavy machinery
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs of the machinery
  • Current C class manual drivers license
  • Competent English-speaking skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be easy-going

What's on Offer:

  • Hourly rates: $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience
  • Hours: 12-14 hour shifts, 6 days per week, day shift only
  • Accommodation: workers quarters - 2 bedrooms with shared facilities
  • Meals: dinner provided during harvest
  • Work vehicle provided
