About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team in New South Wales. As a key member of our Transport and Infrastructure group, you will play a critical role in delivering complex projects from highways to airports, bridges to tunnels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to the civil infrastructure team across multiple projects.
  • Lead the development of the team from a technical perspective, fostering professional growth and career development.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to achieve their full potential.
  • Bid for major projects and develop strong client relationships through effective communication and project management skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects within an Australian consulting environment.
  • Strong expertise in Civil 3D and demonstrated experience in growing teams and building capability in a consultancy environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
