Mondelēz International is a leading global snacking company, and we're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Retail Display Support Associate.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our supermarket customers in the Inner West areas, building strong relationships and ensuring our products are presented at their best. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging displays, utilizing impactful Point of Sale materials, and maintaining product availability on shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the Sales team
  • Design and build displays of our products in line with our standards and in pre-agreed locations
  • Utilize Point of Sale materials to generate shopper interest in our products
  • Ensure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales
