Drilling Support Specialist

Epiroc, a leading global innovator in product engineering solutions, is looking for a skilled individual to join its expanding Product Support team.

This role involves coordinating the support and development of various rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.

The successful candidate will oversee the commissioning of new equipment, ensure effective after-sales technical support, facilitate training programs to enhance customer and internal personnel skills, prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.

  • Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
  • An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
  • Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of drilling equipment and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
