Join Charles Sturt University as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology and contribute to the development of future animal health professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to share your expertise, engage in teaching and curriculum development, and participate in research aligned with the objectives of the school and the university.
Key Responsibilities- Teach a range of subjects, including anatomy, physiology, and related areas, for courses in Animal Sciences, Equine Sciences, Veterinary Technology, and Veterinary Sciences.
- Develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and teaching materials.
- Contribute to the administration and management of the school, including committee work and professional development opportunities.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, aligned with the objectives of the school and the university.
- A qualification in Veterinary Anatomy and/or Physiology or equivalent accreditation and standing in a related discipline.
- For appointment at Level C, a significant knowledge, experience, and understanding of the Veterinary Anatomy and/or Physiology discipline, gained through industry experience and/or scholarly activities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered learning and teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships to achieve objectives, and work collaboratively and independently in an academic setting.
