What You'll Do

As an ANZ Home and Investment Lending Manager, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers. You'll coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll also have the opportunity to build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

  • Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
  • Experience working in a sales role with financial targets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
  • Financial savvy and a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
