We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team in care settings. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and mobility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality support and care to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as showering, toileting, and dressing
  • Administering medications as required
  • Transferring clients using hoists and slide sheets, and assisting with mobility
  • Participating in community activities, such as attending appointments and engaging in social events

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with clients. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection prevention and control measures.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $33.01, above award minimum casual pay level, plus additional penalty rates for night and weekend shifts. You will also receive paid industry-leading training, salary packaging benefits, and flexibility to support your lifestyle and commitments.

Requirements include:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
  • Driver's License and access to reliable vehicle
  • Commitment to infection prevention and control measures
