We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team as a Greek Kitchen Assistant.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of fresh, high-quality ingredients according to our recipes and standards.
- Supporting kitchen operations, including cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Fulfillment of food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
Requirements:
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, a passion for food, and a willingness to learn about Greek cuisine. Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is an advantage, but not essential. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
