Retail Store Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are properly displayed and facing.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
