We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Experience Designer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality learning experiences that align with our organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training programs
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design models to create effective learning solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, eLearning, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
- Proven experience in instructional design and the development of learning experiences
- Knowledge of current and future trends in digital technologies
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to scope realistic projects and meet timeframes
