Third in Charge

We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as Third in Charge at Parramatta. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in the successful operation of the store.
About the Role:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong retail or customer service experience
- Sound knowledge of retail operations such as stock control and visual merchandising
- Adaptable and able to cope well within a fast-paced retail environment
- Genuine passion for the outdoors and our products
