We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our Defence portfolio, you will be responsible for leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an OH&S strategy aligned with Defence Leadership team goals
  • Collaborate with Regional and Site Managers to ensure effective safety practices
  • Conduct audits and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing safety in high-risk multisite environments
  • OH&S degree or equivalent, with membership of a professional body (desirable)
  • Proven track record of implementing and developing an OH&S culture
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Incident investigation and audit experience
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Security clearances required
