Portfolio Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Portfolio Operations Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the contractual, operational, and environmental aspects of our properties meet industry best practices and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Tender Management: Prepare tender documents for service contracts and assess tenders to provide recommendation reports for executive approval.
- Contract Administration: Manage service contract KPIs and deliverables, and produce quarterly reports on operational performance.
- Operational Support: Support consistency of operational delivery across the portfolio and manage capital expenditure procurement and implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• +5 years' experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in facilities management.
• A strong understanding of P&L principles.
