- Demonstrated commercial acumen, and the ability to develop a strong client base.
- Knowledge of the market for consulting services.
- An effective leader with tenacity and drive to achieve outstanding results and grow the team.
- Collaborative; willing to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and expertise for the betterment of group and self.
- Strong client focus with business development experience.
- Project margin and cost utilisation experience.
- BE with 15+ years of relevant experience.
