Job Opportunity: Pest and Building Inspector

 

This is a unique opportunity to service our increasing customer demand in Sydney, ideally based in the north or north-western suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have completed Pest Control Certificate with Units 8 & 10 for inspecting and reporting on Termite & Timber Pests (or be willing to complete this), hold a current Drivers Licence and own transport, demonstrate taking pride in their presentation, having a proactive attitude and an eye for detail, and have excellent communication skills with proven customer service experience.

 

As one of our Sydney based Building and Pest Inspectors working within a genuinely supportive team, you will liaise with internal teams and clients for the completion of scheduled inspections, proactively managing your time and travelling between sites, complete pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsite, and be a voice for the customer, providing an exceptional level of service and care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete scheduled inspections and report findings

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

 

Requirements:

  • Pest Control Certificate with Units 8 & 10 (or willingness to complete)
