The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our nursing team.
To be considered for this role, you must possess current registration with AHPRA and less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
You should also have an understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal requirements of a Registered Nurse, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
A strong understanding of assessments and developing care plans is also essential, as is the ability to learn and communicate complex care plan needs to residents and their representatives.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
