**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Titan Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety practices on site, aligning with both company and project objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the on-site HSEQ team to ensure a safe working environment
* Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
* Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls
* Provide training and support to site personnel to ensure they understand and adhere to health and safety protocols
* Monitor and report on safety performance and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**

* Prior experience in a Senior Health & Safety Management position, with extensive site experience in major mining projects
* Qualifications in WHS and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
