Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OHS and public safety applications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a leisure or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate, National Police Check, and Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
