As a Learning and Development Expert, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional learning programs for children. You will be part of a team that crafts and enhances our learning programs, ensuring every child's safety and inclusivity in every learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to develop and enhance learning programs
- Evaluate and maintain the safety and well-being of all children
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Partner with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
