About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Junior Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience. As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store and contributing to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process cash transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy with regards to cash handling and basic math skills.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, including unpacking deliveries, shelving products, and maintaining organized displays.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Cash handling and basic math skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills, point-of-sale systems, or other relevant technology.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
