Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our national team of 140 people in various roles across Australia, working with world-leading brands and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

Our job opportunities include:

  • Customer Service Professionals: Primary point of contact for inbound telephone and internet sales enquiries, delivering exceptional service beyond expectation.
  • Sales Representatives and Account Managers: Timely expert support to connect customers with comprehensive products and solutions.
  • Brand Managers, Product Managers, and Product Administrators: Enhance market position of current brands and products, introducing additional and complimentary brands and products.
  • Marketing Professionals: Experts in the industry, managing successful delivery of events, campaigns, digital activities, and promotions.
  • Solutions Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Technical Support Professionals: Providing technical pre and post-sales support to meet customer needs.
  • Technical Manager and Trainers: Ensuring customers are educated on how to best utilise products through training, demonstrations, and roadshows.
