Customer Service Representative

About the Role
Seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Wondai Branch team, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- A 20-hour per week opportunity with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
- Predominantly an independent role, requiring strong self-motivation and time management skills.
You will be the face of the Bank within the Branch, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Teller duties, such as account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Assisting with general inquiries, deceased estates, and other banking-related tasks.
- Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships.
- Cash management and stationery ordering.
- A strong focus on compliance and adhering to Bank policies.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills. Key qualifications include:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry.
- The ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
- A 'can-do' attitude and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
