Job Description

The OSHC Coordinator position at Castle Hill is a vital role that requires exceptional skills in child care and education. As part of the team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, while also ensuring their overall well-being.

This is a casual position that offers flexibility and work-life balance. You will be working Monday to Friday, with paid administrative time and regular training meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Develop and deliver daily quality activities for children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the community
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care or equivalent
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain)
  • Child Protection Training Certificate (or willing to obtain)
