About the Role

  • Coordinate the receipt and collection of mail
  • Scan and register documents in Ezescan into Objective
  • Lodge and sort outgoing mail, and register items from the general mailbox into Objective
  • Assist with archiving and listing/sentencing as needed
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of Objective
  • Manage inboxes and provide customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved work procedures and practices
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience in records management
  • Qualifications in Information Management or proven experience in the field
  • Proficiency with PDF manipulation and process-driven approach
  • Knowledge of the MS Suite and TRIM system
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
