About the Role

Acknowledge Education seeks a visionary Academic Director to lead our MSW(Q) program, accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Provide strategic leadership in developing and enhancing the program curriculum, ensuring compliance with AASW and TEQSA accreditation standards.
  • Campus Management: Lead and manage academic staff across multiple campuses, fostering a collaborative and student-centric environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to support program growth, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Student Outcomes: Monitor and ensure high-quality student outcomes, driving academic success and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • PhD in Social Work: Eligible for AASW membership and possessing strong knowledge of AASW standards, ASWEAS, and experience in managing accredited programs.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in social work or related academic programs, with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth.
  • Strategic Focus: Strong vision for academic program development, with a focus on promoting diversity, inclusion, and social justice.
