Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating conferences and events from confirmation through to post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
You will manage event documentation, liaise with internal stakeholders and clients, support event operations, and assist with walk-in enquiries. Our ideal candidate has strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills in the hospitality or events industry.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end event planning and coordination
- Preparing event orders and communication plans
- Liaising across departments and with clients
- Supporting promotional activities and lead qualification
- Maintaining client databases and producing correspondence
- Conducting site inspections, briefings, and follow-ups
- Selling hotel services and identifying new business opportunities
This role requires a proactive and flexible individual who can work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
