Experienced or New Grad Physiotherapist for Rural Community

This organisation provides culturally competent allied health, aged care, mental health, and wellbeing services to rural communities.
As part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team, you will provide physiotherapy services in collaboration with other Allied Health professionals. You will have the opportunity to treat patients based on clinical need without barriers present in private practice models; offering long-term treatment and prevention strategies.
You will work with a diverse range of clients, set your own schedule and experience the impact of your work as you enable rural communities to live and receive high-quality holistic care.
- Conducting physical assessments to identify and address physical problems of patients;
- Designing and evaluating treatment programs to address patients' issues; and
- Treating patients to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, restore joint mobility, and improve balance/coordination.
The organisation offers relocation assistance, rental subsidy, annual flight home after 12 months of service, and five weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading paid.
