Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused representative to provide exceptional service experiences and build strong relationships with our valued customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer technology and systems, and have a positive attitude towards supporting their team members and customers.

This role involves serving customers on the counter, answering phone enquiries, preparing timely quotes for customers, developing relationships with suppliers, and being a product knowledge expert to help customers find the products they need.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively as a member of the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way and contribute to a dynamic, inclusive, and positive work environment.
