We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Tamworth Brisbane Street. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
- Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs to ensure they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, and take any necessary action to prevent harm or abuse.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality learning environment that promotes the development and growth of our children.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- 2023 Influenza (Flu) vaccination.
