Key Performance Indicators:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and manage key finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Oversight of contracts with Lion's BPO provider, maintaining governance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Development of executive-level presentations and reports, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prioritization of finance technology requirements in partnership with the Digital, Data, and Technology teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership in complex cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with embedding new technologies and driving strategic initiatives, utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree (required) and professional qualification or postgraduate studies in Finance (desired).
  • 6-10 years of management consulting / transformation experience, planning and executing projects within medium-term timeframes.
