Marsh is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Property Valuation Analyst to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Property Valuation Services division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with insurance and financial reporting valuation requirements across South Australia and Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and data analysis to support valuation projects
- Undertake site inspections and field work to gather data and information
- Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas
- Liaise with client representatives to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Utilize our in-house valuation program to analyze data and provide insights
- Assist senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks
- Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Degree in Property Valuation or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency
- Organized and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to deliver results on time and in full
- Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
- Team player with high integrity and energy
