We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Healthcare Professional to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis, with opportunities available for a range of shifts.
About the Role- Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives will be performed.
- Individualised resident care plans will be developed and evaluated.
- Personal Care Workers will be supervised and supported.
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management will be provided.
- Liaison with medical and allied healthcare staff will take place.
- A resident-centered approach will be adopted to deliver a positive experience.
- Registration with the relevant authority as a registered nurse is essential.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in providing clinical care ideally in an Aged Care setting is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- NDIS Worker Checks must be held (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care is required.
