We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and expansion of our satellite network operations. As Director of IoT Operations, you will be responsible for unifying our operations teams across internal and customer-facing systems, ensuring seamless network operation.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Network Officer and VP of Edge Engineering to execute Myriota's growth strategy and enable our IoT networks. You will draw on your experience in leading teams and managing networks to drive customer satisfaction, ensure SLA compliance, and deliver on Myriota's service roadmap.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to teams to ensure customer service excellence aligned with agreed service standards.
- Effectively integrating and configuring new developments and features into the networks while minimizing service disruptions and ensuring backward compatibility.
- Harmonizing systems across multiple network standards and architectures where possible.
- Participating in commercial roaming agreements with third-party network providers.
- Acting as a custodian for Myriota's cybersecurity, ICT, and network quality assurance.
- Managing the financial health of the networks, including opex, downtime, billing, and future capacity planning.
- Leading, engaging, and retaining a high-performing team.
