Responsibilities

  • Provide pricing strategies and product best practices to support regional and local offices.
  • Conduct cross-market comparisons and identify trends in life and living benefit insurance products globally.
  • Develop pricing tools and guidance for emerging risks.
  • Analyze data to inform the global product strategy.
  • Lead consulting projects for local or regional teams.
  • Review research studies with the experience studies team.
  • Maximize value from client data and market sources for pricing and monitoring.
  • Support new product introductions.
  • Maintain quality documentation for sharing information within the organization.

Requirements

  • FSA accreditation or equivalent.
  • 5-10+ years of individual mortality, longevity, and living benefits reinsurance experience.
  • 3-5 years of senior-level product/pricing actuarial experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of pricing and reinsurance across individual life and living benefits products.
  • Working knowledge of cross-border reinsurance and potential capital, legal, and tax implications.
  • Proficient in AXIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
