About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Assistant to join our team at Just Jeans. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and styling expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer, aligned with the Just Jeans brand
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve individual and store targets
• Assist with stock management and processing, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control
• Assist with the set-up of store promotions and visual merchandising, creating an engaging and inviting store environment
• Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

• Awareness of loss prevention, health and safety, visual merchandising, and experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential
