Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability by providing high-quality support and services that enable them to achieve their goals and maintain socially valued roles, friendships, and relationships.

You will work closely with individuals to develop pathways and connections that ensure they are able to access opportunities and participate fully in their communities.

This hands-on role requires you to be highly motivated and committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients and team members is at the forefront of everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience supporting clients with disability, including those with complex behaviours and health needs.
