Your primary responsibility will be to manage a P&L to ensure all financial objectives are met. You will also provide engineering and commercial advice to the team to ensure a practical approach is achieved. Additionally, you will support the broader Energy Solutions and Trading team with operational and development support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a multi-disciplined team consisting of electrical, mechanical, digital, and BESS modelling staff.
* Manage a P&L to ensure all financial objectives are met.
* Provide engineering and commercial advice to the team to ensure a practical approach is achieved.
* Support the broader Energy Solutions and Trading team with operational and development support.
* Liaise with the Water and the Waste businesses to support decarbonisation.
* Collaborate with Veolia's global network to stay at the forefront of the latest innovation trends.
* Interface with University Partners on all Engineering and IT initiatives including research and WIL.
* Liaising with external consulting partners.
* Projects and staff are based across multiple states.

Requirements:

* Strong leadership credentials, managing a multi-faceted and semi-remote team.
* Tertiary qualification in engineering.
* A minimum of 10 years in an electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering background.
* RPEQ status.
* Previous experience managing a P&L and strong commercial acumen.
