Responsibilities:

  • Threat Detection: Identify and analyze potential threats, including malware, attacker network infrastructure, and forensic artifacts.
  • Incident Response: Perform complex investigations, handle incident declarations, and execute live response analysis of compromised endpoints.
  • Documentation and Communication: Provide incident investigation, handling, response, and documentation, as well as communicate with clients to inform them of incidents and aid in remediation.

Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SOC/TOC/NOC operations, digital forensics, penetration testing, or a related area.
  • Certifications: GIAC certification(s) are strongly preferred, and CISSP, Security+, Network+, CEH, RHCA, RHCE, MCSA, MCP, or MCSE certifications are also desirable.
